If you have been on the Trim Healthy Mama plan long enough, you know that it is difficult to find some store bought items without added sugar. You are used to grabbing the ketchup, mayo and dressings without thinking about the sugar content. 

But, there are some WONDERFUL recipes out there that don’t contain sugar in them. And you know what else? They are better for you because they will contain no rancid oils and MSG that is commonly contained in store bought condiments, spices and dressings.

Making your own is really easy and it will save you money in the long run. 

On the THM FB pages, I see mama’s asking for dressing recipes and thought I’d try to find a nice variety to put all in one place.

All of the recipes below are THM friendly (and gluten free), I made sure of that. However, not all of the recipes are from blogs that are strictly THM. (but they are all from bloggers I LOVE to find recipes from) I did want to give warning as I knew when you first start plan it can be hard to remember the ins and outs of things. So, to be safe…stick to the recipes I listed below. 😉

    Thanks for putting this together! I am confused about THM dressings for E meal salads though, I don’t see any listed here? If I’m understanding it correctly, they should be very low fat and no sugar. Are there any dressing recipes like that you use? Thank you
