Supplements to help with Hashimoto’s symptoms

I know that I’ve been kind of quiet on the thyroid front. There are a few reasons for that but mainly, I feel like I’m kin of in a holding pattern.

Well, I seem to be doing well symptom wise, I know I still need healing. As I work through the ins and outs of that, I will be posting soon.

    Thanks for sharing your story. I am in the same boat with hashimotos and so much more. I am on a mission to have my family lead a much healthier lifestyle…..right down to the plates we eat off of and the chemicals that leach from them. Love your site!

    Hashimoto’s can be significantly helped by supplementing with the hard-to-get-in-your-diet mineral known as Selenium! It is quite likely Hashimoto sufferers are selenium deficient.

      Yes, it is quite common but there are many more underlying issues when it comes to autoimmune disease. It’s like the tip of the iceberg.
