Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp Gluten Free/Sugar Free

Victory! This is the first year I’ve gotten my rhubarb to grow and not go directly into seed. That means rhubarb desserts! Bliss.

My first recipe I played with was a strawberry rhubarb crisp. This one is gluten-free and sugar-free. Yes, you heard that right.

Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp Gluten Free/Sugar Free

This recipe is great at as the rhubarb slowly comes in, you only need a little because it is a single serving. It is so easy to put together.

Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp Gluten Free/Sugar Free
A gluten free/sugar free recipe for strawberry rhubarb crisp.
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease baking dish
  3. Chop fruit and mix with sweetener and dash of salt
  4. Pour in baking dish
  5. Combine butter and ½ tbsp of sweetener to almond flour
  6. Mix until crumbly, top fruit
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes...until bubbly and top is slightly browned.

      I ate it all myself. :) But, you could probably get away with two small servings for dessert to share…I didn’t NEED the whole thing. But, I did want to make sure it tasted good before I posted. 😉
