When doing the Trim Healthy Mama plan there are so many options for food. I will totally admit though, some times eating out is such a temptation for me. I go with great expectations but sometimes find myself sneaking fries. (Please tell me I am not the only one!)

I love cooking but sometimes I miss those ethnic meals that you can find while dining out.

I decided to see if I could find some on plan recipes to help fill the void and I found many great recipes that make up for staying at home! These will totally fill in the gap of your going out cravings.

The bonus is that you are also avoiding MSG, rancid oils and unwanted soy when you make these dishes at home.

You will have to make a few changes, and I mean few, but trust me, they are worth it.

The (affiliate links) Trim Healthy Mama Not Naughty Noodles make great addition to Asian dishes. I also use coconut aminos in place of soy sauce.

For Italian food, I love using spaghetti squash for noodles. Yummers!

For Mexican dishes, make it an S and load up on yummy cheese, guacamole and sour cream…you won’t miss the chips and rice.
