Ranch is a kid favorite around here. But, ranch dip from the store is full of MSG and rancid oils, not stellar nutrition. I have found though, ranch dip is super easy to make at home and your kids will love it. (Adults love it too!)
This dip is easy to make, it’s thick and creamy and totally kid friendly.
If you have a kid that doesn’t like veggies, try this dip. They will love it!
For best results, you want to let this chill for a few hours, but we have certainly eaten this as soon as it was made.
If you are a Trim Healthy Mama, this dip is an S.

- 1 tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- 2 tsp. dill
- Mix everything together until combined.
- Let chill for a few hours before serving.
Homemade dips and dressings are so easy to make. I love it because I KNOW what is going in our diet, unlike store version. Also, making dips and dressing is very economical. It totally saves money to make your own. Check out this Italian vinaigrette and this balsamic dressing. They are both easy and yummy!
