Greek yogurt strawberry popsicles

These greek yogurt strawberry popsicles are not only sugar free but fit the trim healthy mama plan. The are the perfect treat as they are full of protein.

We have totally been enjoying summer the last few weeks.  (Sorry for being absent here but our days are just busy!) We spend a lot of time outside enjoying the sunshine before Fall sneaks up on us.

My kids love to have picnics and treats outside during the summer so I’ve been trying to come up with some fun snacks that are nutritious but are still considered a treat.

I finally bit the bullet and got some new popsicle molds and we have had a blast creating new flavors to enjoy.

These greek yogurt strawberry popsicles are a great afternoon treat. The greek yogurt provides a nice amount of protein and because the strawberries are sweet, you don’t need to add much sweetener.

The kids think these are a total treat because we don’t buy popsicles at the store. The ones at the store are so full of dyes and sugar, I just can’t buy them. These are so easy to make and I know my kids are getting a good dose of fruit and protein.

If you do the Trim Healthy Mama plan, these are a fuel pull. Awesome, huh?

This recipe made 10 popsicles with this (affiliate link) mold.  I am really happy with the mold. I love making enough popsicles that I am not constantly refilling. (I only had a four mold before) I like to make a batch, freeze them, then take them out and put them in a gallon baggie for easy access for little hands.
