I know dealing with food restrictions is tough! Like, super tough, especially around the holidays. I’ve been there and I totally sympathize. That’s why when I heard about a group of awesome bloggers putting together a collection of recipes that are gluten and dairy free, I  was beyond excited. 

Many people don’t understand why you can’t ‘just cheat’ for one day. Sigh. Wouldn’t that be nice?

Have a cheat meal and have no digestive symptoms after? Or take a set back on your health for weeks for some pumpkin pie? No.thank.you.

A lot of people also think you have to sacrifice good food for allergies and that isn’t true. It’s about using real foods, that feed your body, not hurt it. You can totally do this with out feeling deprived.
