Gluten Free Tuna Patties
A gluten free, easy meal.
  • 2 cans of tuna fish
  • 3 eggs-beaten
  • ⅓ cup oats
  • ½ finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp of oregano (Less if you are using fresh)
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • a dash of salt (we didn't use much as my kids ate them with mayo)
  1. Open and drain tuna
  2. Break up tuna was a fork
  3. Add oats, eggs, onion, and spice and mix to distribute well.
  4. Heat up pan and oil
  5. Shape tuna into patties and fry until golden brown then flip
  6. Fry until other side is golden
