Roasted Summer Squash
An easy side for a summer meal
  • 2-4 sliced summer squash
  • one chopped onion
  • sea salt to taste (be generous)
  • garlic powder to taste
  • Olive oil
  1. Slice your squash and onion and put in a roaster pan
  2. Toss with olive oil
  3. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder
  4. Bake at 425 for about 45 minutes, until nice and golden
  5. (Stir occasionally)
