Balsamic Cucumber Salad
  • 3 cucumbers (spiraled or sliced)
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • Balsamic vinegar dressing
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Parm cheese
  1. Add your veggies to a bowl and toss with dressing.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Let chill in refrigerator for an hour before serving
  4. Sprinkle with parm cheese.
