Balsamic Cucumber Salad
- 3 cucumbers (spiraled or sliced)
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- Balsamic vinegar dressing
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- Parm cheese
- Add your veggies to a bowl and toss with dressing.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Let chill in refrigerator for an hour before serving
- Sprinkle with parm cheese.
